The intent of this event is to provide the public with an educational forum for learning about products and services that may improve or enhance their quality of life, even extend life itself. We will focus on three specific areas: health, fitness, and nutrition. These elements and the relationships between them are essential to a life of good health, vitality and personal fulfillment.

We plan to bring practitioners, providers and suppliers of these elements together with members of the community for a day of exploration and enlightenment, helping attendees to become better educated and informed about options open to them in establishing and sustaining a more enjoyable, rewarding, productive and ultimately satisfying lifestyle.

We are particularly aware that childhood obesity is a major health consideration in today's society. The Northeast Health/ Fitness/Nutrition Expo will specifically include educational programs and demonstrations designed to encourage fitness-oriented activities and nutritionally beneficial foods geared towards children.
